Merrill Lynch at CNN predicts that housing prices will fall 15% in 2008, and another 10% in 2009 all the while foreclosures are on the rise. This is great news for me, considering in the very near future, we’ll be getting our own place. I’m waiting to see what sort of deals I’ll be able to fandangle my way into while I’m looking now. I’ll blog again in the future about this subject as we make some progress.

Also, Apple has updated their Macbook and Macbook Pro lineups with Intel Penryn processors. MacBook Pro’s are also getting the multitouch track pad that was introduced with MacBook Air. By pinching, rotating and swiping, you can browse webpages faster and go through all of your photos with ease. WANT!!!!!
